My last lunch in Morocco - a fine salad. I was surprised by the variety and excellence of the veggie food in Morocco - I only thought of kebabs, couscous and tajine's, but there was more and better fresh produce than I expected. And the land was greener and better cultivated in the coastal regions than I expected.
