The holy Temple of Kedarnathji (Lord Shiva). It is an ancient temple located deep into the rugged terrains of Garhwal never touched by invaders. The 14 km journey from Gaurikund has to be covered on foot, on horseback or palanquinn. There is a helicopter service introduced recently to make things easier for pilgrims.
