The clay image of goddess Durga is under painting at Rani Rashmoni's (the famous devotee of Sri Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa Dev) residence in Kolkata which began in 1864. In this gallery visitors will see more pictures of this grand festival. Only these first seven pictures are of Goddess Durga in the making. I have covered most of the important Pujas of South Kolkata.

mr. subrata sen exlent photos , but sir you make mistake every year , the durga section you have written tarun sangha , mudiali , bute it is not mudiali or tarunnsangha puja it is lake youth corners puja please correct this mistake . for details contract :roychowdhury_kunal@rediffmail.com
