This buck had been chasing a doe and stopped to look my way when my shutter and film advance triggered on my camera. Needless to say auto-focus does not work in a situation like this and I had only a split second for this single image as he stared at me from the brush. His stare is almost predator like, but he sure left the country in a hurry after this picture was taken...
