So, I'm thinking of purchasing this lens, but I'm a bit on the fence about it. Have heard good things but also that it is VERY soft until you close down to f5.6 or so (this would be pretty negative for what I'm hoping to use it for). If you have a second, I would love to hear anything you have to say about this lens... pro or con.
