Although it has no sound, this is one of the most amazing tutorials for producing Photo Art
I've seen yet. It's easy but also leaves room for personal artistic choices. The technique uses
the Impressionist Filter in Photoshop. Some of the texture is produced by painting on layer
masks with a textured chalk brush the rest is a burlap pattern layer which is faded in spots
using the same brush on it's layer mask.
