Paul and John brew the worlds best beer...or at least a recipe that is supposed to be very close. The Beer: Westvleteren Abt 12 (Quadruppel Strong Belgian Ale)by Abbey of St Sixtus of Westvleteren (Trappist Monks) West Flanders Belgium. It's rated as the best on several websites so we had to try it for ourselves....we'll let you know how it turns out. We're pretty confident it will be "ok"...but if it's not, we still had a great time.
Update: Fermentation has kicked in big time after just 14 hours. It smells so good. The girls say it smells like banana nut bread.
