Being 100% drug free (never even seen a steroid) this is me in my best shape
in August 2001. Standing 6' 1", weighing in at 128kg or nearly 300lbs and sporting 20" arms
33" thighs and a 56" chest I could load 6 X 90kg (200lb) sacks from the ground onto

"Each" of the cylinders I am about to lift and carry 51 metres for a
New World Record, weighs 160kg or about the same weight as a 600cc motor bike!

Unfortunately in late 2001 I got very ill and my strongman career hit an abrupt hurdle
and never recovered. With little or no training and while slowly losing strength and
condition I continued to compete occasionally (just for fun) until 2005. As of 2006
I am now officially retired....to the cosmos! :-)

ED: I still manage to get coaxed out of retirement at times but only for charity events.
