Deep sky observing with my mate Attila XX

Under the pristine dark high contrast skies at Eagleview, an 18 inch and 12 inch GOTO Dobsonian, make for very useful tools,
with which to observe the heavens, while the gear inside the dome images the sky unattended. The 18" is enough aperture,
under such good conditions, to reveal subtle green and brown/rosey coloured tones in the Orion Nebula, see the Horsehead Nebula
without the use of averted vision, resolve most globular clusters to their very core and star colours are vivid, making many
open clusters appear like a collection of different gem stones!
