Inverting and stretching the 10hrs of Luminance, more clearly showcases an extensive and complex outer
galaxy halo, including a massive faint bubble to the upper left, along with a rarely revealed, faint
loop of tidal material, to the lower left, that all together take the apparent size of NGC 1316/17 out to
a whopping 38'X 30' or a little more than the size of the Full Moon!
