On 9 September 2009 award winners were announced at the Royal Observatory Greenwich in the UK.
Over 500 entries were received from around the World and I was honoured to find out my image of
Centaurus A made the final five in the Deep Space category and then received a highly commended
award in this prestigious international competition.
