On October 28th, we arrived in Detroit, Michigan for the busiest five days and four nights of buffing I have experienced. We took in 21-fires. Three of those fires we in the same house, on different days. This gallery features some city shots and random shots of the guys who attended the trip. A little info on Detroit and the Detroit Fire Department. It is estimated that there are 100,000 vacant buildings in Detroit. A box alarm consists of 3-engines, 1-ladder and 1-squad. An arson investigator told us that Detroit averages 30-40 fires a day.
