12/21/2023 - WHITMAN, MASSACHUSETTS (PLYMOUTH COUNTY) - Around 1430 hours on the afternoon of Thursday, December 21, 2023 the Whitman Fire Department responded to a reported motor vehicle accident at the Whitman Middle School, 100 Corthell Avenue. Companies arrived to find a single vehicle into the woods. The operator lost control of the vehicle while maneuvering into or out of a parking spot and drove into a tree and some brush. The occupant was extricated by firefighters and transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
