09/26/2008 - South Lockport NY firefighters worked at this second alarm equivalent at "Alexander's Resturant" located at 5925 South Transit Road. The alarm came in around noon time. We arrived at the scene around 1400 hours on our way to Buffalo for the weekend. Companies were still putting water onto the fire in the roof area and overhauling. The fire was reported by a passer-by who saw flames from the roof. The building was not equipt with a fire alarm or sprinkler system.
