09/15/2008 - On Monday, September 15, 2008 Fire Chief Timothy Grenno was formerly sworn in as fire chief of the town of Whitman. Former Fire Chief Timothy Travers emceed the event which also included a speach from Massachusetts State Fire Marshall Stephen Coan. Many Plymouth County Fire Chiefs attended the ceremony, as well as many Whitman firefighters and fire officers and many area department firefighters and fire officers.
