04/14/2011 - The Plymouth County Technical Rescue Team held a dive team drill in Hingham on the Back River under Route-3A. Members worked off of a pier in a high current situation. Members also utilized the tow bar for some searches. The underwater communications equipment was also utilized. The Hingham Harbor Master assisted with their boat.
