03/23/2010 - At 1510 hours the East Bridgewater Fire Department responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident at 723 Washington Street, at the corner of Walnut Street. Companies arrived to find a car completely submerged in an in-ground pool. The single occupant was pulled out by three-bystanders. The patient reportedly suffered some sort of medical issue prior to the crash. Command requested 3-divers from Bridgewater Fire to respond to search the vehicle. After the vehicle was removed from the pool it was confirmed that no one else was in the vehicle. Two engines, three ambulances, and Bridgewater's Special Operations Unit responded to the scene.
