02/07/2009 - All Hands went to work around 0130 hours at Box 75-1312 for 12 E 108th Street at 5th Avenue. The fire was on the 4th floor of a 6-story brick 150' x 90' occupied multiple dwelling. The companies reported a 10-70 (dead or frozen hydrant) and required a water relay from a further hydrant.
