02/06/2010 - Around 1230 hours we arrived first due with Res2cue at Box-0919 at 1263 Park Place. Firefighters found a fire on the basement level of a 20' x 40' 3-story brownstone due to an oil burner problem in the basement. The fire was knocked down quickly.
