Parit Jawa is situated at the western coast of the State of Johor, Malaysia. It has become a popular birding site for both local and Singapore bird enthusiasts and photographers. The fishing village is located at the end of the road which is popular for it's seafood. One can look out from the wooden jetty to view the colony of Lesser Adjutant Storks that is surviving in this part of Malaysia. There are also a wide variety of birds expecially during the migratory seasons.
