Franklin, Arizona - Ghost Town

I was searching AZ for a ghost town, one that met my stereotypical expectations. Something on the order of Bodie, California. Bodie Web Site
My AAA roadmap was filled with towns with "ghost town" written under their names. Most of what I found was piles of rubble, if that. Franklin was the one that had buildings still standing.

I used to live in Franklin in the 60's. I would love to see pictures

The pictures shown here are of Fairbank, Az. In Cochise County, 10 miles west of Tombstone. They are NOT of Franklin. I know, because I've been there.

My great grandparents and their family are buried in Franklin. Thanks for the photos!

Interesting that Franklin is considered a "ghost town". Many people still live there, most of my family included. My sister works at the store there. Many buildings are still standing, and the vast majority are still lived in. The local doctor lived in Franklin until his death a few years ago. And there are many working farms still operating there.
