Nice. Must of been a slow shutter speed, as I'm guessing that you weren't driving 70 mph.

Great shot! I really like the movement in this in combination with the snowy/windy road. The road does a great job of moving the eye through the photo. I'd like to see this with an alternate crop as well without the car in the bottom. Great shot, again!
