MORNING WALK
by Dale Hardin

"My Calm" time is getting up before day break and watching the sun rise to greet the world anew. Especially when I can do this in Sedona, Arizona where the light and colors are magic.

Stunning!!! The colors in the buildings are fabulous and you managed to get the feeling of Sedona.

Wonderful shot - really beautiful scene and I love the lighting!

That's simply a stunning place - I have been through years ago, and thought so then as well - but I was never there to really see the light play on the buildings and rocks like this. This photo could be used by the city as a promotional to drum up tourism or new home sales - I can't think of who wouldn't want to go there after seeing this.

Dale,

I had the pleasure to visit Sedona for my first visit last year - oh, what a gorgeous place! The climate, the spectacular nature, the light... Even a simple drive somewhere for lunch was a treat.

Your capture which includes the homes that use nature's colors is great - it helps show how we can coexist in greater harmony with the nature that surrounds us, rather than by completely "rebuilding/remaking" nature! Calm indeed!

Pretty amazing. Sedona has to be one of the most beautiful spots on earth.
