Nice capture Tabrizi and it certainly says summer time! I love the rain but we've had a little too much in my area recently... lots of flooding around. Great entry for this challenge!
Rain seems to be a big part of summer for many of us in tropical regions. We've all seen our share of those who drive the same in rain as they do in dry, thinking themselves invinceable until they feel that first moment when the car isn't responding to steering input, and they realize they're a passenger along for a nasty ride. Your shot has a documentary feel to it that makes one imagine these situations.

Visibility is terrible, everyone is driving too fast and no one is staying in his own lane. Summer driving can be stressfull as this image shows..
