Warped minds make the best photographs! ;)
I had to stare at this one for a while to try and get the idea behind it to reveal itself, but came up with too many scenarios to make a final conclusion. Perhaps you've caught an alien spacecraft disguised as a building, and it abducts pedestrians that happen to stop under it's transporter beams. Whatever it's supposed to be, it's quite eerie and very well thought out beyond just the capture from the camera. Great work, Frank!

First of all I love the arrangement of the people. This will make at least another half dozen different tableaux, I know (& look forward to seeing). Second, I love the idea of the *aliens* selecting individuals (their heads anyway) to be - what - beamed off elsewhere? Now why is the lady in the red jacket, 4th from the left, being bypassed? Perhaps so she can get her 15 minutes of fame on talk shows recounting this eerie experience. Or maybe she just knows the photographer/magister. ;)

Very interesting idea...I'm almost getting the feel of War of the Worlds (the Spielberg remake) when the beams of light zapped everyone!
