View from the 28th Floor*

Westin Bonaventure Hotel, Los Angeles

I have spent a week at this hotel each summer for the past several years.
Many times during the course of a day, I have looked out the window
at all the activity below. This year it seemed most extraordinary
to me. So on one of those trips to the elevator, I brought my H5 along.

Great shot Denise and it gives an interesting perspective with a good portion of the same or adjacent building included in the photo. Reflections are an added bonus. Bill

Fantastic shot! There is so much you can explore. I love the reflection in the left part, but also the light reflections in the shadow of the right part in the middle.

Wonderful view. Gives me vertigo. The depth of field is just perfect to increase that queasy feeling looking down.
