My Explorer's Lounge

Thanks to Sky for the idea of entering; I hadn't thought of it when I took it. This was me, attempting to take ornament photos on my tree, and thinking I had successfully stepped far enough to the side to 'hide' from being in the shot. As you can see, my attempt to hide was not very successful! Happy Holidays!

The poor man 's wide angle.... Always have a Christmas ball packed with your camera gear. Consider me guilty also of using all kinds of objects to extend the lens. Thanks for unveiling yourself and your camera setup with this colorful shot.

Gotcha! Really gives us more insight than you would be able with a wide angle. :-) Intersting to see how the DOF works in this shot. Great entry!
