Bellingham

Are they birds? Handheld image of Christmas tree for 8 seconds. Moved the camera to create the pattern of light. No photoshop work except sharpening and the frame.

Ann... this is just TOO cool !! The lights have a thin almost neon appearance to them under these conditions and if you asked me, I say they look like little angels LOL.... Mark J

Mark, this time I'm keeping it. I kind of like the bird flying off the tree to the left. And you are right, they do also look like angels. ;) Ann

Thanks guys. WC, I didn't know how to move it. It was just good luck. I did a bunch of them and this was my favorite. I have one that looks like flowers too. And some are just abstracts. It was great fun. Ann C

Hi Ann,

Before I saw your title, I thought "I hope she called this 'A Flock of Ducks'" haha. Great image and title. Jim/Shutter

That's brilliant, Ann! How in the world did you know how to move the camera to produce the image?
