Thanks for the comments everyone. It is the Bloedel Floral Conservatory. It houses exotic plants and birds that would otherwise probably find Vancouver weather as dismal as the rest of us do. Just kidding, Vancouver weather is great, come visit. Just not in the rainy season (October to June).

Hi Tabrizi. Thanks for your interest. It was almost sunset, and the sun was very low and almost directly to the left. I used a circular polarizer and rotated it until I liked the reflections. It is from three exposures at -2, 0 and +2 EV. Tone mapping was applied using the "details enhancer" mode of Photomatix. Then more adjustments in Photoshop including a lot of contrast adjustment, convert to B/W and dodging and burning to reduce the 'haloing' effect of HDR tone mapping.

Very dramatic, Tyler!!!! Incredible skies and great light on the roof. BC Place??? I love the lines in this image.
