Nee- thank you oh so much for your very kind words. This photo just went thru the normal color balance and sharpening via PS. Nothing special else was done. This photo was on a tripod and i thik after a few mins the guy did know i was taking his photo but he didnt care so i shot quite a few. All with varing degrees of motion and blur. This 1i liked the best. Thanks again, cheers;)

Hey, Zip! I wrote the second comment you got. I should have known it was you...you always such excellent photos. I feel badly that I missed seeing this photo when I scanned the gallery one last time just before voting, as I was intending to vote for it. But there were so many (excellent photos) to think about, well...I do apologize. This is a wonderful photo. ~nee
I'm curious about how you achieved this very impressive photo. The sharpness is superb, so my guess is you must have used a tripod with such a lengthy exposure (or you have the world's steadiest hands!). Did you do much in the way of color balance adjustments? Did the people know they were being photographed? All in all, a very outstanding photograph. Well done! (keeping it anonymous...if we sign our messages, we give more hints as to who did and did not take the photo!)
