Shay, super job. It has the directness and in someways the simplicity of a silk screen. You can always be counted on to do it "a little differently". I understand Mark J's comment, supported by willem, as in most photos chopsticks traditionally are more tightly connected to the dish they will be used with. Their positioning here makes this photo a bit more non-traditional and, thus, I think it adds impact to the still life. - R. J. (Imager)

Agree with the comment from Mark J that the sticks do not seam to be part of the image (also beacuse the pbase background is black). Otherwise just beautifull.

Shay, this is very well executed! Personally, I would like to have seen the chop stix laying inside the bowl... hot perfectly straight in the bowl, either criss crossed or at a right angle of some kind. The way it is now, the chop stix appear as if they are not part of the image but almost a separate composite. Just my 2 cents, hope you don't mind?
