@Harvey: it is both my right hand, while the one on the paper is mirrored and transformed a bit.
@Denise: I strongly believe that your creativity is not behind anyones. Of course it is all different as we are individuals. In addition I provide the source of inspiration for this in the link below the image. ;-)
@Tyler: I need to check on the filters I have used. These were two standard ones in PS and desaturation on top. To be honest I am not perfectly fine with the result an may redo the thing when time allows.

Very cool image - great idea to make the hand on paper look real, and the drawing hand look sketched!.
