Bhowani Junction (1956)

Shooting Location: Lahore Railway Station

Since the permission could not obtained to shoot the film in India, Bhowani junction was shot in Lahore at Lahore Railway Station ... Lahorites still remember seeing and meeting big stars like Stewart Granger and Ava Gardner.

Great composition, Zahid! Interesting back story! I thought that there were pretty distinct differences in architectural styles between India and Pakistan, I guess no one noticed here... or is my assumption wrong?
