Nice close-up shot Jerry! Good focus on the droplet and beautiful colors. I like your frame too!

The Canon 250D was used for this one - one of the few times I've ever used it. All I do is pop on the macro lens, set the cam at the optimum zoom for macro (in the case of the V1, it's at 2.5X), set the macro on, and go backwards and forwards until I find the closest position where the autofocus will lock (using centre or spot focusing mode).

Really nice one Jerry... Did you use any close-up filter or just onboard V1 macro setting..? I never had a successful macro...

Great catch Jerry. Look at the veins in the drop of water. This is life man. The drop has an inside too. And the inside of each organ within a drop of water has an inside to and so on and so on and so no…….. The basis for life as we know it is this single drop of water and its contents. Although I am a phlebotomist and I deal with veins everyday this is really a great photograph. Keep up the great work Jerry Curtis.

Neat capture - it looks like the water drop is about to fall. I like the DOF and the contrast of the red flower with the green!
