I have never attempted to do anything like this before, so all your critiques and advice on how to make this image better is welcomed!! However, I won't have Internet access for a couple of weeks, but the info will be appreciated and well used when I return. Thanks!!
All the neon was shot directly after the sunset photo which is what the EXIF is picking up.
