Pens and Pencils

These are part of our collection of pens and pencils. All of my work life I was involved in education and communications. These are definitely tools of those trades. The ones here are the precursors to the Parker Big Red ballpoint that came out a few years ago. These were made in the 1920s and 30s.

Interesting shot of the pen collection, a tool we all use frequently. Funny how little the look of them has changed, even though the insides are very different now. I love collecting different types of writing instruments, although I don't keep them in a nice display.
