Snow on a Fence
by Ann Chaikin

Bellingham, WA

It doesn't snow often in Bellingham and when it does it is usually just a dusting. But once and awhile, this happens. And then I go tromping around the neighborhood taking pictures of snow. This pattern was formed by snow blowing through this picket fence. I knew I had to take a picture the minute I saw this.

Nice perspective and shapes Ann. I like the BW....though how much color could there really be! The funny thing is I get a bit of the same energy I felt in my Bir Hakeim in this gallery.....I think it has something to do with both the pwespectives and the shadow angles.....hmmm. Fremiet.
