Good use of Infra Red here. It adds the famous touch of mystery to a composition, and a building, that can support this kind of atmosphere. The tower is impressive (majestic) and its textures are fascinating. You’ve made an excellent choice to shoot in the morning because the tower is split in half shadow-light, increasing the textures effects.
Finally, the diffuse clouds are excellent complement to your subject.
