Thanks Bottles!, I got lucky that I was able to keep the camera steady and get this shot. It was taken from a ferry and it was quite windy and the water was choppy as you can see. Anyway, your right, this place is pretty interesting and the tours fill up pretty fast .-Ryan

Ryan, what a clever idea for the rock theme! Great shot, I like the way the water tower on the left tends to balance the buildings on the right. You've got a good photographic eye! I've never seen this place up close like this so it's very interesting to me, thanks for sharing this one.

Great!!! I thought about shooting "The Rock" for the sample gallery yesterday ;-)) I like how you captured the beauty of the sky and the water and the deterioration of the prison itself. Nicely done.
