Welcome to the challenges, Glenn! Good idea with nice composition, light and color. At first I wasn't wild about the cloth, but now I feel its old-fashioned feeling is sort of fitting for the subject. Helen

Nice work Glenn, and welcome to the challenges! You can always play around with your submission and change it if you find the cloth too disturbing... ~ gk

Thanks Bottles. My Dad had the same camera and I couldn't resist when I saw it at a yard sale for 5 bucks . it all still works too although the film is a little better these days than it was then. it uses the same pack film that Polaroid backs for box cameras use. Flash bubs are a little harder to get though :) Maybe Polaroid will come back with a digital and a little tiny dye sub printer attached ?

Welcome Glenn and nice first entry! I looked that camera up on the web and found that it goes back to about 1969 or 1970. It had a two element plastic lens :-) It sold for about sixty bucks, and I'm sure that was considered expensive in those days. Great focus and perfect exposure by the way...thanks for sharing.

Thanks it was fun doing it. I took quite a few but s lot of them showed moire on the edges of the camera where there is a straight knurl. I left it a little yellow to give it some warmth but the cloth is distracting. it looks good in B&W too

Welcome to the challenges, Glenn! I like the way you captured this vintage polaroid and its accessories. Very clear and nice image.
