This was taken at the same souvenir shop in the Spice Bazaar as my first entry. I was fascinated by this entire wall of nazarlik, or mavi boncuk, which people believe offer protection against the evil eye (cast by someone who is jealous of you, the way you look or something you have). You find them literally everywhere in Turkey: in restaurants, shops, homes, cars.
