Pegasus

Bellingham, WA

We have a wonderful small park near us called Big Rock Garden. It is full of native plants, Japanese Maples, and rhodadendrons. It is also an outdoor museum for garden sculpture. Pegasus is just one of the many sculptures found in this park. If you look closely you can see another sculpture just behind him.

I like you echoing the verticality and greeny-golds of the sculpture with the same qualities in the backlit woods. That, and choosing an angle to place the darker area behind it for a backdrop. Nice. - Ro
