Taken on my balcony. The wind kept blowing and the light kept disappearing (guess summer is about over here!) but I finally got more or less what I was looking for. I'm sure it was one more episode in the "What's that crazy American woman doing now?" saga :-).

Nice subject choice, Helen...well composed along the diagonal and effective DOF. I like the color contrast of the background too. I guess the wind blew all the cloths away, but it sure provided for a nice line up of wooden subjects to photograph :) Good idea...well taken. MFC

Helen, my favorite component of this image is its simplicity. I also appreciate the contrast of pins against the background. Now as far as what the neighbors are thinking, I've always believed that my seemingly odd behavior has brought a little joy into my neighbors' otherwise drab little lives. The world needs more of us! Ha!ha!ha!---Deb

Cool shot - the sharp details in the first few clothespins really stand out against the very smooth, blurred background! Excellent lighting and DOF.
