Thanks Helen for your kind comments! That border cost me a about an hour's sleep. :) I hope I get some commission from McDonald's for all this advertising...

MFC, you spotted that special smile! When I worked there after school we were told to work hard and smile at the same time. Definitely a good work ethic. Thanks for all your comments! I'm glad everyone seemed to have as much fun as I did.

kt, I like the way you cropped this...my eyes are drawn to that pleasant smile, the spatula, and the burger. In this case it's really a "vegetarian" burger though :) I like the woody tones in the subject and the pleasing color of the background. The border is well conceived and executed. Good find...nice shot thru glass. MFC

Hi Deb, there were no signs on the display so I don't know who's the model but I assume it's just dedicated to all the hard working folks at McD. I used to be one of these guys, working part time during high school. It was a fun learning experience.

kt, good find! The first time I looked at this image it didn't hit me that the frame is filled will McDonald M's! Very creative! Should we assume this is representing Ray Kroc(sp?), founder of Mc Donald's?---Deb
