This is normally a street - temporarily turned into a venue for a concert during the annual George Street Festival in St. John's, Newfoundland. The bandstand is a permanent facility. This festival runs for seven consecutive nights. After about 10PM, whereever you are is pretty well where you must remain until the concert ends - unless you enjoy squeezing between bums, bellies and boobs ;-)
