Thanks all. This is a self portrait taken in the VC cemetery. This moon was shot on this summer solstice. I had tried the moon in several places and wanted some of the clouds to interact with it verses balance in the upper right. -- Chris

Chris....I would guess that the figure over the butte is you....that seems to be the way of things in the dreams I experience. Peeking over that to the surreal landscape below (well chosen IR) with the moon behind and the wisp of cloud over/on his/your head makes for a very dreamlike image.
*imo the moon and the butte are too close. If I were doing this (fwiw) I think I would have the moon enlarged in the top right corner and maybe bring the figure down, fingers over the board just to the left of the butte. But y'know what, in these artistic endeavors, it's getting stuff posted which really matters. John

Mmmmm.... this is a really neat image. I love the seemingly ghostly face/hands. The use of IR worked very well here. --Nancy
