by Deb Kees

Thanks to all for your comments. They are much appreciated, as always. Gaurav, took your suggestion and expanded a bit on it. Does this look like what you had in mind?

Nicely done, Deb. I like your use of selective color! Helen

Deb, I like this version even better, especially the way you also decolorized the tongs, but retained color in the "open circles". Well done, Deb. MFC

Ahh another tea lover...gotta have that extra drop for flavor for sure! I want one of those do-jiggies to do that! Very nice and clever photo.

Deb, good idea here and really well composed...I especially like the striking color contrast and the lovely use of light. The way you utilized selective decolorization is very effective too...& helps draw the viewer's attention to your main subject...the tea itself. The overall effect is artistic and refined...a beautiful and clear photo that demonstrates the "squeeze" at tea time. Nice shot. MFC

Deb, a Beautiful mixture& contrast of smooth B&W and selective colouring of the act of dunk. It works very well in this very crisp& sharp shot of tea time..Well composed/cropped and coloured~Irish

Hi Deb - I really like your idea and composition - the only thing i would change is that spot of color at the bottom edge of the thumb ~gk
