Thanks for the comments. Netgarden, to make this pic, I put a photo of my black cat's eyes on a piece of black cloth, put a piece of glass resting on 2 tall drinking glasses above the picture, and put drops of glycerin on the glass, then took the photo (with a close-up filter).

Katherine, I really like the color contrast here...and the way all those drops catch a set of the "eyes". Neat how the actual eyes blur in the background. There's a total of nine sets here...guess that's to match the nine lives :) Mysterious and ghostly...clever and well done. MFC

Very cool image it really looks like cat eyes!

The lighting is perfect (and difficult to do) and the color very deep and centers the attention in the drops and the eyes.
