Hung Out to Dry

I had the day off from work today and was thinking about what else I could do for the challenge, when I happened to glance outside the bedroom window at the dreary weather and saw what was left of last night's snow glittering on the clothes line strung from our (and every other Turkish) balcony.

Hard to believe you don't even have any snow in your neck of the woods (Montana, wasn't it?)! I would think you'd be buried in snow at this time of year. But we haven't had all that much snow in Ankara this year, either, and I think spring is on its way. Helen

Nice capture of those drops Helen, and I love the title :). I wish we would get some moisture here...preferably snow, this time of year, but it's dry dry dry. --Melanie

Helen..As always, you have a way of percieving with a very interesting perspective. Love the inclusion of the cloths pin ..It seems like even the drops are hanging out to dry..

Good eye, Helen. I like how these pendulous drops cling to the line, "catching" the light around them...well composed with a part of the cloths pin. Your DOF is really effective. I know just what you mean by the dreary weather...very similar where I'm from. Good idea...nice shot. MFC
