I used to live on a marina in Antigua and some days the pelicans whould dive repeatedly into schools of small fish thet had gathered in the calm waters.

On this day I was actually trying to get the intial plunge but was having very little luck so i decided to try something else. This sequence is the pelican taking off after one of those dives. Shot with the 828 in speedburst, handheld and panning as the pelican took off, the resulting frames were then stitched and colour matched manually in PS.
